Florian is Chief Research Officer at MADiscover and professor of strategy at University of Bristol Business School, UK. Due to his research expertise in organizational transformation processes, growth strategies, and M&A, he is regularly involved in various M&A processes and supports firms with developing strategies for acquisition and M&A integration.
With his focus on data analytics, he managed to establish the basic idea and core logic behind the algorithms.

Wieland is a multiple entrepreneur in internet security and digitalization technologies. As the CEO of phion and general manager EMEA of Barracuda Networks, Wieland has led several M&A transactions from screening, over integrating, to selling businesses. He is now angel investor and co-founder of several new companies.
Wieland has more than 20 years of experience founding and running startups and scaleups. Since 2018 he is committed to five startups all growing successfully. He won the EY entrepreneur of the year award in 2008.
